Recipe for Raspberry-Chocolate-Tiramisu

Ingredients:
150g Chocolate (Dark, 70% Cacao)
250g Cream
250g Mascarpone
250g Curd (Quark)
4 Esp Grappa
2 Esp Lime juice
200g ladyfinger (Löffelbiskuit)
2 Esp Cacao powder
250g Raspberries

Method:
Heat cream in a pot. Melt chocolate in the cream. Let the mix cool down for 10min. Mix Mascarpone and curd (quark) and fold in the chocolate-cream.

Mix Grappa and Lime juice. Put half of the ladyfingers on the bottom of a form and sprinkle half of the Grappa-Lime juice over them. Put a layer of Chocolate/Curd-Crème mix on top and put all of the raspberries into the Chocolate/Curd crème. Finish it by putting another layer with the rest of the ladyfingers, Grappa/Lime juice and the Chocolate/Curd crème. It needs to be in the fridge for 4hrs or over night.

Before serving sprinkle some cacao powder on top, maybe decorate it with some raspberries or Mint leafs.

Tip: Use an extra spoon of Grappa and serve it with some sweet white wine or Sherry
